The Fives Beach Hotel & Residences - All Senses Inclusive, Playa del Carmen

I had a stay that was a mixed bag. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were top-notch, which I truly appreciated. However, listening to the noise from outside was a bit distracting. The service from the staff was excellent, always ready to help with a smile. The location was right by the beach but felt a bit pushed towards spending more on amenities.
